Twisted Yoga & Barre is a "HOT" mind body studio that offers private & group classes in Hot Power Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Yin Yoga, Barre and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga at Lake Julia in Buhl Park June-August. NEW THIS YEAR CYCLING FUSION CLASSES and Twisted Ride Classes taught by certified Spinning instructors Twisted Yoga & Barre in Hermitage


At Twisted Yoga & Barre LLC. our goal is to offer a variety of classes taught by highly trained and professional instructors that are spiritually, mentally, and physically empowering and effective.  Our classes will create a clear mind and strong body. 


We offer classes 7 days a week to fit all schedules and fitness levels


Our Yoga Style

 Twisted's yoga practice is inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method.  Our practice offers an energetic and integrated combination of vinyasa, pranayama, and contemporized yogic principles & philosophy designed to invite and guide students yogis into a courageous journey into their physical and personal power.  The class encourages students to take risks, exceed their own expectations, practice at their personal edge of sukha/stira, or effort and grace, and to be true to their own practice, allowing internal or external judgement to fall away.  The room is lightly heated for the power classes it is not heated for the beginner or gentle classes.

What is a BARRE class

 Twisted Barre is a unique class designed by Jackie Stewart the Founder and Owner of Twisted Yoga & Barre LLC.  After 19 years of being in the fitness business she has fused many styles to create a empowering, effective, athletic workout specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen the body.  The class is fueled by fun, upbeat music, and efficiently flows through each muscle group, creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching.  The movements are influenced by classical ballet barre methods, pilates, yoga, and orthopedic exercises.  The class is taught in a group setting, but offers personalized attention through verbal and hands-on corrections.  This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.  Modifications and challenges are always offered.

 Twisted is the areas only cycling boutique.  Our Twisted Ride, BarreFly and Pedal&Power classes will challenge your body like never before. Our Twist on cycling delivers a contagious and supportive energy that will challenge your physical limits and lift your mood to your most positive potential. Our ever-changing classes and one-of-a-kind technique will burn out your muscles, make your heart pump and shock your body with every workout. 

SUP Yoga & BarreBOARD

Twisted Yoga & Barre is excited to begin our 5th season of SUP Yoga & BARREboard. 

Twisted Yoga & Barre SUP & Barre Board Classes are traditional Yoga and Fitness Core classes taught on the water on floating boards. Your mat is a Stand Up Paddleboard; the world is your studio and all of the elements have been invited: Sun, Wind, Water and Earth.  The continuous challenge to balance, the instant instability created by the elements and weight shifts, require complete focus so you can ground to the board while afloat.

Change is the only constant in life. On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride.

Classes are approximatly 60 minutes and we provide you with all the equipment.  All you have to bring is an open mind and heart
